  • How long does it take for shirts to arrive?

Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.


  • What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.


  • How much does shipping cost?

It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Yes, but we screen the companies who are interested in carrying S.T.C products. We want to make sure that S.T.C is a good fit for the companies with which we work. If you would like more information, please contact us and include some background information about your shop/company. 


  • What is your return policy?

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt / packing slip with your assigned tracking number.

Return Exceptions:

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee:

All items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

No, sorry. We are control freaks and like to maintain the direction and design of STC in-house. If you love to design, there are plenty of outlets for your passion and we love to see other people doing what they love.
